Architectural Committee

The Architectural Committee is self-appointed by the three HOA board members,  and enforces the regulations outlined in the CC&Rs.

Exterior Paint

Color Scheme

The exterior color scheme has three colors:

• Tricorn Black: SW6258 low sheen

• Mega Greige: SW7031 low sheen

• Wind Fresh White: SW7628 low sheen

Painting in 2024

The HOA painted the exterior in November 2024. Portland Home Painting was selected as the contractor based on a careful review of five contractors, multiple interviews, and price. 

Vendor Evaluation Criteria 

The vendor interviewers used a handful of evaluation criteria to select the winning bid:

• Prompt responses

• Open communication

• Deeper knowledge of the product/problems 

• Able to meet daily needs via Vendor Evaluation Criteria.

Timing, Closures, and Business Interruptions 

The project was tentatively scheduled to start in June, but due to various reasons (coordination with HOA members, collection of dues, scheduling with the contractor, and weather), it was delayed until November. On certain days, residential entries and commercial doors were temporarily blocked.
