The CC&Rs provide a comprehensive framework that legally establishes the homeowners association, defines and limits the responsibilities and rights of members and officers, and supports the publication of rules & regulations and bylaws.
See CC&Rs web page
The RR&Rs distill the long, complex CC&Rs to the essentials relevant to members and clarify important details. There is also a fine schedule for violations to support mutual cooperation under the RR&Rs and CC&Rs.

There are seven HOA members in the association, one for each of the seven properties. Joint property owners are jointly one member with one vote in member elections at the annual meeting or special meetings.
Members elect a presiding officer and two other officers for the board of directors in their annual meeting each year on June 1. Officers are volunteers and are uncompensated.
The architectural committee of three members is appointed by the board of directors. Unless other HOA members or community professionals with relevant experience express interest, the board will serve as the self-appointed members of the architectural committee.
