To replace broken, low-quality lighting and simplify surface cleaning, we replaced all exterior wall sconces with a commercial-grade product. There was a long delay in receiving the lights due to a supply problem with the glass. Globe Lighting was selected as the vendor based on our prior experience, and the product was selected based on appearance and durability.

We updated the entry address numbers and added/updated directional signs at the residential/commercial entrances in two phases. Fast Signs was selected as the contractor based on prior experience with the vendor and value-for-price.

To better manage parking and draining, we resurfaced the asphalt and added additional asphalt in two areas with drainage problems, then painted numbered stalls and directional traffic arrows. Rose City Paving was selected as the contractor based on prior experience with the vendor, expertise, and value for the price.

We had the lakeside patio railing and commercial sign-arms removed, repaired for damage (sign-arms), powdercoated, and reinstalled in November 2024. CDM Fab was selected as the contractor based on prior experience, ability to remove, transport, repair, and install, and value for the price.

The HOA contracted for exterior painting in 2023. Portland Home Painting was selected as the contractor based on a careful review of five contractors, multiple interviews, and price.
